This is fire! Massive gains in 4 weeks, serious pumps! I stayed at 1 tablet per day split in 4 doses. This stuff is the real deal! It was almost too strong, my workouts were insane. I just kept wanting more, felt amazing and looked amazing too. Lost 3% bf and gained a good deal of muscle. Beligas-Dianabol 50mg is hands down the best way to jump start a cycle while waiting for injection to kick in! I put 16lbs of weight on in my 1st 4weeks using 50mg a day! I find splitting my doses into am&pm doses in order to keep my blood levels stable. Starting weight completely depleted at 190 lbs. Full cycle gained to 215 lbs at 25 MG every 4 hours upon waking up for 3 doses totalling 75 MG per day. Minimum of 2+ hours intense cardio 7 days a week and 5 days a week of training. Upon cycling off, water weight depleted to a even 200 lbs. Daily intake of protien equaled in grams total body weight. 200 lbs = 200 grams, etc. Muscle gained to 200lbs during off cycle period remained at 200lbs till start of next cycle.
